I believe if you run OSGeo4w in Advanced mode you will see 2 options for QGIS, one being the latest and the other being Stable/LTR (You can actually install both). Someone more familiar could better guide you on the exact names. Otherwise you can install the standalone http://qgis.org/downloads/QG
