Can you tell us more about your data source? They are images? What bands
do you have?
Are you able to count the plants manually, from the data source? Can you
provide an example with plants highlighted?

Hi there! Usually the crops are not isolated from each other, so I already
tried OTB methods in segmentation QGIS and it doesn't work.
