[Qgis-user] Add a vector from CSV file : locating error

Dear all, I received an approximate AOI (surface) cordinates in DD MM SS located in Ceylan (Sri Lanka): 09°52’16”N 81°53’32”E 05°53’42”N 79°30’28”E 09°52’16”N 79°30’28”E 05°53’42”N 81°53’32”E I would like import these coordinates into qgis in order to create a vector. So i have converted those
