Uwe, do you know how / by which software this .prj is generated ? The ',AUTHORITY["ESRI",102328]' in it is quite suspicious as it is malformed WKT (102328 should be quoted in double quotes), and Esri software doesn't no generate such authority node. Looking in the current official projected
