Just a quick note that Q-emuLator 2.3.1 is available at
http://users.infoconex.com/daniele/winql.html.
This is a minor update adding more TCP/IP functionality (needed for
email and FTP) and a fix for a bug affecting the PAR device on Windows
XP.
As always, the update is available for free to all r
Not having been able to update Q-emuLator for Mac OS for a long time, I
decided to make one of the latest versions freely available:

There is enough functionality to run the QDOS port of the Lynx
Internet browser.
+ CTL1 joystick emulation.
+ Even better compatibility with buggy QL software accessing wrong
memory addresses.

ramTop = RESPR(0) should give the top of RAM on an unexpanded QL.

The games Pirate and Gun fail because John must have unzipped them with the
Windows version of unzip instead of unzip for the QL. This causes the
executables' QDOS headers to be lost.
Breakout fails because it tries to load a file named 'mc', but there is no
file with such a name in the mgames.zip

If you split the ROM in two files of 48KB and 16KB and install the latter as the QL's

This sounds like the Win98 floppy disk bug I experienced. It affects Win98,
but not 95, NT, 2000 or XP. It looks like Win98 has some problems in
recognizing the density of a floppy disk that's not in PC format.

A few months after the old web site at geocities was discontinued, I managed
to move it to a new address:

Registered users of the Windows version can download an update from:
