Do I need to HUP something after making changes to morercpthosts.cdb? I've
never had to do that before. Changes always seemed to be immediate in the
past.
Any other insight would be greatly appreciated.

I manage a backup mail spooling server (secondary MX) for around 6800
domains. Until recently, I've been putting all the domains in
morercpthosts and then running qmail-newmrh to hash it in to the
morercpthosts.cdb...logic being that parsing a cdb is more efficient that a
6800 line text file. T
All,
Inter7's website is down due to moving ISP's. I was wondering if anyone
had knowledge of, or possession of, mirror content of inter7.com? I'm
specifically seeking current releases of qmailadmin, vpopmail and vqadmin
(full and devel versions).
Even if someone could send me current copies
Damn...Since I messed that up completely, here is another try:
Your IP reverses back to this:
42.147.30.206.in-addr.arpa. 1D IN PTR server.lsbsolutions.com.
Same potential problem. The PTR should point to lsbsolutions.com, not
server.lsbsolutions.com
Also, you should be using CNAMEs instea
I'm no DNS genius, but I think I see what the problem is. Here is the entire zone
record for that domain:
$ORIGIN lbsolutions.com.
@ 1D IN SOA dns.wwnet.net. hostmaster.wwnet.net. (

Jesus...I suppose RTFM won't work with the language barrier...
OK...Hopefully the language barrier won't be to big for me to explain this.
It sounds like you are using tcpserver to run qmail-smtpd. If you ARE using
"tcpserver", you should be running it like this:
tcpserver -x /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb
Make sure you've used tcprules to hash your /etc/tcp.smtp file into
/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb and then RESTART your tcpserver -x
/etc/tcp.smtp/cdb...etc. The changes to tcp.smtp.cdb won't take effect
until you restart.
