That sounds like a problem in the home directory
for the user 'georg' Those are the easiest ones to
mess up too since they're not in the qmail config directory.
Did you possibly remove or change any of your .qmail files?
Like a .qmail-default? Try putting a .qmail-default
in georg's home directo

/var/qmail/locals. Now that I've taken it out everthing works fine.

in the line mydomain.com:georg* in virtualdomains. of course,
georg* is no local user and so it's clear why qmail cannot
find a mailbox for that user!
