Try the INSTA
Unless you got a broken archive from somewhere you must have failed to
notice the file called INSTALL in the qmail directory... maybe that will
help you out

I find lot of intructions, HOWTO remove sendmail. How is that useful, without being
able to compile Qmail and configure Qmail?
