vpopmail/qmailadmin with fetchmail and maildirsmtp: where to start?

installed vpopmail and qmailadmin to change this, but I dont know where to start! How do I have to configure fetchmail to transfer the mails not to the system users (I fetch mails from a multidrop mailbox with pop3)? What else do I have to change? And how should I handle these users, which still needs a
