I try to send mails via qmail-inject into my ezmlm mailinglist.
My problem - some strings, like =22 , will not be correctly displayed.
It will replaced with a " char.
Now I have tried to replace =22 with =3D22, it looks like good, for some
Mailreaders, but some one, e.g. t-online, ignore the
