Create a file in /home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain.com/.qmail-rt-general containing | /opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue General --action correspond --url http://rt.mydomain.com/; without the quotes. I have a similar setup using the free cerberus helpdesk, and it works peachy. Erik On 9/17/06,
