here is how I am doing that
I create a forward ( an alias ) I called mine allusers
and have it forward to every user
so it is not the allusers solution as
There an easy way to do such? I've looked through the archives and seen
mention of buttons in the admin GUI, but have not seen such on my install.

Another great way is to create a mailing list add all your users to it
and send the email to it, I don't believe that there is a button in the
control panel to ship emails to all users.
