Ok, try the following:
Goto the Qmail config directory:
(for me)
cd /var/www/html/config
Run config:
perl conf.pl
Choose to number next to plugins (8 for me).
Uninstall the following plugins by entering the number next to it (you may
have to scroll up if you list is as long as mine).

I did go to cron.d and I saw the mrtg file and I put ## in front of the line
for the cron job and I did a qmailctl restart but the messages just keep on
coming every five minutes. I have looked at other cron files but I cannot seem
to find the culprit. Help.
