I think that EE will have to take care of that though, as it really should
be integrated with the qmail-toaster package since the

I just got into qmailtoaster.
I've been using qmailrocks in the last 3 years, but after taking a look at
this I found it much easier to install and maintain.
But now I'm having spam problems.
I have the server running for 2 weeks now, and I have used sa-learn to teach
spamassassin
I recommend installing spamdyke. The easiest way to do that is to install
the qmailtoaster-plus package (http://qtp.qmailtoaster.com), then run the
qtp-install-spamdyke script.
You'll have a lot less spam to learn. ;)
P.S. When you run sa-learn, are you running it as user vpopmail? If not,
