how do we check automatically if spamassassin -D --lint did not
produce any errors? I do not want to restart spamassassin
automatiically if there were any errors.

if these files exist when starting clamd daemon it takes forever to start
and then it drops with an error.
If we delete this file and run

every line in the logs are duplicated (wonder if this has something to do
with new clamd logging support for syslog and a log file?)
