[qmailtoaster] Question - opening firewall

I'm slightly above newb, so please forgive the dumb question. Did the VERY easy install of CentOS 4.0 and QMail toaster and the firewall is blocking me. Is there a command to deactivate the firewall and open everything up? Right now I'm 100% blocked and I don't want to reinstall it all again.
