Thank you for the prompt response. In qmailadmin, I do have the "Spam
Detection?" checked for all the accounts for the domain. Here are the steps
I take when creating a new account through qmailadmin
1) Log into qmailadmin as postmaster for domain
2) Click on Add New Account

My current tcp.smtp file is configured as:

looks like spamd is a problem...check that log for clues.

which is running off a CentOS 5.7 (64bit) with 16GB (if this information is
needed).

receives SPAM. Maybe someone else can chin=me in if this is

i hadn't noticed the spambox option was missing from qmailadmin on
I followed Dave's suggestion of adding the maildrop-toaster in the rebuild
(using qtp-newmodel). Unfortunately, I do not see the Spam folder get
generated, maybe due to the fact I do not have any emails marked as spam?
