More specifically, anyone tried replication from master to two backup
servers,
I would like to see how it was done.

Jake I previously mentioned my replication was failing, in that all email
was being copied alright but not deleting what was deleted.
Now I fond out why? you not gonna believe this:
On my last vacation, ( about 1 month ago )seem we had a little outage.
My IT director got the server back
This must just be my weekend and week for email fun!
This weekend I spent both days setting up a second email server and getting
replication going per Jake's video. Mostly went well, but I did have some
issues with Unison. I had to run it multiple times for it to sync all of
the domains/users

I wouldn't use SSH as it's no the easiest way to do. Better solution
is to use some kind of VPN to tunnel traffic securely from one LAN

Currently I am using rsync through ssh to the backup server in the
office. The mail server is in the data center. We setup a cron to run
the rsync every two days.
