We had this problem a while back, however, it only happened on attachments,
and there were more that 1 duplicate. Turned out to be a bug
maildrop. I believe
the function was xfilter, since xfilter was 'C' code that did basically
the same
thing as a 'popen', I changed 'xfilter' to 'cc', the
