i havent made any DNS entry on my server for dyndns ..
Do i have a need write an entry for dyndns , as during installation of
qmail i have installed djbdns rpm fro suse 10.1 but
i haevnt configured any dns
Check your firewall, check with your isp to ensure that they don't
have a firewall and check with your iptables.
The machine can't receive because of a firewall issue.

i have one network card eth0: with static ip : 61.11.11.x
this ip and nameservers are provided by My ISP and i am directly
connected to internet .
i have registered one dyndns name for the same static ip

Might still be a DNS, as it doesn't look like shailvita is pointing to
the correct ip. Unless, of course, 61.11.11.x was just an example of
an IP.
$ host -t mx shailvita.homeunix.com
shailvita.homeunix.com mail is handled by 10 shailvita.homeunix.com.
$ host shailvita.homeunix.com
