Reinstallation with --force option solved the problem. Now I can use qmailadmin!
Amazing how simple simple was this solution and how complicated seemed
to be the problem...

the package is already installed.

Please try to give me a hint beside formating and
try --force with your rpm command, to force the reinstallation of the package.
