Before my accident-fell off scaffolding while putting up a roof on our new
barn-I usually slept five to six hours a night. I went to bed at about
midnight, and woke up between five and six. I still had nights where I
didn't get that much sleep, because I couldn't turn my brain off!

I haven't heard that term before but one restless night in college (before

minutes and now I can say it as fast backwards as most can frontwards. I know

four hours but I'm good days which are not often, I get six hours, but all

I only take my daily prescribed meds, and I sleep very well. I get to sleep
within 5 minutes of when I lay down, and sleep through the night unless a sound
wakes me up. I wake-up at 5:55 A.M. each morning, and have a 60 minute workout
that I do after waking. Stay strong.
