I have a supra pubic catheter as well... The thing that has helped me a lot
is that I have changed to a silver impregnated catheter along with the
obvious drinking lots of liquids and eating lots of otter pops mmm

For the last 12 years, I've only been catheterized to see what residual is left
in my bladder. I'm usually between 30 to 50 CC's. My bladder control is based
on me stimulating my bladder by a series of taps on my abdomen. If I lay in
