Thanks Bob. That is how I see it too. Most of the violations are either parking in/on the striped lines. This prevents those who parked in valid spots from entering or exiting their vehicles safely and in an emergency could cause bodily harm/injury. The second violation is the temporary

A valid citation should never be dismissed. Chicago has its Crip Patrol, which is now a paid position with the Illinois Dept of Revenue. When they issue a citation, it doesn't get dismissed. And if it does, its very rare. Chicago's Program is one of the best in the country, bar none. It
