You just might meet several Quads while you are in Vegas. The city is quite friendly and many of the new hotels have battery operated ceiling lifts. I would talk directly with the hotel you are planning to stay at and ask them all the questions you want. The streets of Vegas can be narrow

That Vegas Tram only goes to a few of the hotels, but it's a good option for easy travel [although it seemed a bit pricey to me.]   If you're staying on the Strip and don't plan to go anywhere off the Strip you can get around just fine taking an accessible cab from the airport to your hotel and
