Yes VPG, was an investment group (profit oriented). Its only assets were
its investors who were expecting big returns on their investments.

Ron, I had the opportunity, almost a decade ago at the National BusCon Show
in Chicago and LasVegas to meet with the owners and management of a new
emerging company. I think they were based in Washington State and later
moved to Florida as they developed engineering ideas for a new type of

Ron, actually the company is up for sale and yes has stopped making the
MV-1 in SouthBend, IN. The investment group that owned the company was not
making money and many of the original investors chose to take their
investment to other ventures. The original principals of the business left.
i received an email stating that the company that makes mv-1 is out of
business.hopefully noone on the list has one but if you do vmi is going
to manage the ones that alreasy have been sold
