It is always something huh? I'm sorry Greg, do you have a heating pad? I know
it doesn't help much but better than nothing.

Whenever I'm in bed and need to move my over-the-bed-table, I move it
exactly as you described.
When you go to your Doctor's appointment tomorrow, may I suggest, you ask
him/her for a script for an MRI on your shoulder AND neck to check for a syrinx
(look it up) it sounds like it mig

But somehow in the last 2 weeks I have hurt my shoulder. While in bed it feels fine, but as soon as I sit up it starts hurting me. After a few hours I can hardly move my arm. Letting it hang, or trying to lift my arm above my neck. just is painful
