You're right. Medicare pays 100% of the APPROVED AMOUNT. The home health agency can, and in my case does, bill Medicare more than the APPROVED AMOUNT. They will only receive 80% of the BILLED AMOUNT -- which is 100% of the Medicare APPROVED AMOUNT. I am not responsible for the diffe
