If I needed help from a neighbor that often, I'd do everything I could to make it as easy on them as I could. I'd try to be on their schedule. I would for sure not go out late having fun knowing it would be harder on my nice neighbors. I'm sorry for her, but she needs to change her lifestyle until

Yes, we do help her quite a bit but she is completely on her own. Her family
has been here, in the past 15 years, maybe six times. But she does not make it
easy. There were times when Pete helped her with something that was already
half broken and when it broke she would make Pete pay for it to

I first got to know her when she was first in rehab, I was her Peer counselor.
I followed her to her home to visit her and that's when I met her indescribable
