I thank you very much for all the ideas people have given me on this gooseneck. Somebody on here was able to get me a contact number with the original company that made the part I was looking for. $20 later the part should be in the mail right now and it should be up in running by this weekend

You might want to try using Loc-Line instead of the flexable stainless steel tubings. I replaced the ones I had with Loc-Line which are more flexible and seem to stay where I position them better. I use them for my sip and puff wheelchair and adaptive morse code keyboard/mouse. I did see one here
