Hi Larry, My OT has me doing some exercises during the day for my
shoulder...swing my arm pendulum style ( swinging slowly back and forth )
about 3
sets of 5 several times a day. also and this seems to help the most is
while in bed raise your arm up past your ear without bending the elbow.
How many of you guys have a daily exercise routine? I know I should, but I
don't. I'm just wondering if it would help my sore shoulder joints. If you
have one, what do you do?

Getting my hand's strapped to the peddles is a hassle.
But then once they are on, getting close enough to use it is hard. No table
is just the right height, and the cycle moves around as I peddle. I tend to
