As a Liberal, I’d give on Tort reform as long as all malpractice suits are
still covered. Yes doctors need much more room. They can’t be held responsible
every time something goes wrong. But if they are negligent, a person’s needs to
be covered. No limit on expenses, but a limit on the pain and
I have never found a redeeming feature in any organized religion, so the
comment about right wing religion in politics made me laugh and cry. The idea
of a Just God is fine but remember, men create Justice on Earth. When in
history did a religous man impart justice. The wealthy own our so
shouldn't go broke because they got sick. If congress cant
agree, maybe its time we replaced everyone in washington and start over.

I visit rehab hospitals almost daily as part of my job. I don't like a lot of
our current system and I don't like a lot of Obamacare.
In about 72 hours we will have the SCOTUS opinion on Obamacare. My guess is the
individual mandate gets ruled unconstitutional. If that's the case I hope
