I can honestly say that I am very happy with my life. It certainly helped
that I was 51 when I broke my neck, because I already had a full life so I
did not have as many regrets that I had missed many opportunities. I think I
have more appreciation of each little thing that happens that I did befor

The valleys can be pretty low for sure, and don't think you are the only one
in one. We've all been there. I have found that the best thing I can do
when I'm in a funk is get busy with something to occupy my mind. School can
do
it, a hobby can help, just getting out into a publ
