Thanks - already explored that site - pretty much been all over the web
sites/forums for Fiesta, XR2 XR3, Escort, Zetec. etc. A Jim said you
can work out the ratios by spiining the engine/wheels - car will be on the
ramps this week so may just have to do this. Still surprised that
It's strange there is no decode info anywhere - it was clearly put there
for a reason & means something ;-) - I may try Ford as well to see if I can
get any info.
I will take some photos and post them up - it's still in the saloon at
present so may not be very clear.
The bellhousing looks
Some of the parts suppliers eg vehicle Wiring product, Autosparks, etc have
bulb holders which may be useful.

you can’t get hold of the ‘plug’ that goes into it.

Hi, I have again encountered issues with the front indicators being
intermittent or failing just before the MOT is due.
I have identified the issue is down to the bulb mount which is a plastic plug
and twist fixing but these parts seem to be very rare particularly in good
