ill wait till i pull the hood fabric off the header rail then see
where it sits
Just to clarify, mine sits perfect at the front join but kicks up

The catches on my daughters 2+2 are bent upwards and the header rail
fits as well as I would expect it to.

My hood sits up at the front and I cannot seem to get it to sit down,
never had this problem with my first 2+2. Mine come straight out.
