I am not sure about the legal side, but I do think they are a good
idea, especially on the Xtreme where the rear lights are so low
down.
I bought the wireless light as a ready made thing. It came from Amazon
of all places. I have had a scan and the supplier is not listed any
more :-(

I thought the requirement for hi level brake lights had been dropped
as there was no evidence that they reduced accidents.
The same as dim dip headlights.

I have LED brake lights, but normal filament tail lights. As brake lights I
would say they are at least as good as filament bulbs in my case. One LED
bulb has a tiny transmitter in which activates my wireless high level brake
light.
The high level light needs
If anyone who has led/hid lights is passing me (Basingstoke/Bracknell). I'll
measure them at different angles with the light meter I've borrowed if it's of
any interest.

technology is getting better but I am waiting a bit before getting
