Hello,
I have tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem with the UTC / local time clock
issues in the Windows template VM I created, and have not been successful.
I have set up a Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit template, installed Qubes windows
tools on it, and updated the template's registry in
Qubes-network-server takes care of this for you.

Thanks everyone, that code does exactly what I wanted. Calling
bash /etc/qubes-rpc/qubes.InstallUpdatesGUI
with qvm-run for a given VM produces the same result of uptating the VM via
qubes-manager.

I think it's possible to get it to work in Fedora 24, but Qubes dom0 is
based on Fedora 23.
I'll try it again once Qubes 4 comes out.
