I am just learning Qubes and have found I can update a Fedora based App VM
running "dnf update" as root, but when I run the same command to update the
Fedora 30 template I get these errors:

I have installed the latest version of Qubes on a Purism Librem 15 laptop and
have been noticing some odd behaviors:
1. When I copy and paste, sometimes in the pasted text will be sentences I have
been recently typing that I have not actually copied. When I check the
clipboard it always says it
I am using Proton VPN and am seemingly unable to get it connected using the
network manager in the latest version of Qubes. I add a new VPN connection,
import the .ovpn file downloaded from their site which automatically populates
all the info, and then enter my username and password credentials
When I go into any qube settings for the firewall there is only an option to
create and edit rules for outgoing traffic, nothing at all for incoming
connections. Is that right? When I look at screenshots online it shows options
for creating both outgoing and incoming connection rules. Latest ver
Trying to install the most recent version of Qubes from USB on a Purism Librem
15 laptop. When I click verify media I get two of these errors:

What does that refer to and is it ok to proceed?

I recently purchased a new Librem 15 laptop from Purism and am installing Qubes
for the first time from a USB they sent me. When I boot it, before the
installer loads, a long message flashes quickly which reads:
