I wanted to mention this in case it helps others trying to compile Qubes. Issue 1 I got lots of issues when trying to do qubes-builder at first. I figured out it was because I was trying to build Qubes 4.1 which is not stable build processes. I recommend buliding Qubes 4.0 for less compile issue
