i Just installed Qubes 4.0 without Whonix/Tor. Now I’d like to go ahead and
install Whonix14 Anon and Tor so I have a clean install. How can I go about
this?

Removed old Whonix templates and VMs (Not sure I was supposed to but the
instructions state to remove old version)
Updated Dom0
I then did the following command in Dom0
