Hi All,
I was not able to set a remote server's leap. It looks like the NTP
packets from the query is not generated at all. Though the "sendpkt"
procedure is being called "sendrequest", I am not able to see the
packet reaching the other side. I guess that I am missing something as
there is a erro

Roger,
I can easily handle multiple people maintaining a refclock driver.
Y'all just need to let me know who is on the team, and I will listen harder
to Roger as he's the first one who stepped up and said "I'll maintain the
driver".
In my experience it is *very* easy for multiple folks to team u

David,
As a member of the amateur radio community myself, I would much rather
diffuse a spectral line over a wide range. This reduces the spectral
density and the power over a narrowband communication channel.
Once upon a time computer equipment was build using hefty shields,
bypass capacitors

I don't understand this statement. Could

Just a quick note to those thinking about tinkering with the TrueTime
driver.
It is used by the currently shipping Endrun Technologies clocks. These
are CDMA clocks and have a "native" mode, but there is no NTP driver for
that mode and they recommend running either Trimble or TrueTime
emulation mo
