Thanks for pointing this out. They are mentioned in the man page for
help (i.e. ?help shows them), but not in ?options.

should set to FALSE if you don't want HTML-Help (nor CHM-based help on
Windows).
options(htmlhelp=FALSE)
options(chmhelp=FALSE)
