Rmarkdown supports lua filters. So I guess the rmarkdown and or pandoc in
win devel are not updated.

Pandoc is not part of the standard R documentation tooling... you must be doing
something special, and doing something special makes getting a package accepted
more challenging. Perhaps if you were more specific you might get a more
specific response.

I got an error in vignettes after checking as win. devel. with
devtools (check_win_devel):
pandoc.exe: unrecognized option `--lua-filter=refs/multiple-bibliographies.lua'
May I ignore it?
