Its better than no package at all, right? I think this is a metadata issue. If packages were keyworded a la Gentoo, users could mask out packages that don't pass R package checks, etc. (Maybe that's already in place. I haven't tracked closely recent changes in R.) THK On Tue, 2005-08-23 at 08:32
