I installed pdfcrop and processd "reference.pdf" with it like so:
pdfcrop --verbose reference.pdf reference.cropped.pdf
The result was without any margin (this was only a testrun!):

I put Racket on different computers and tablets.
So my 7" tablet receives a copy fo Racket :)
But:
The pdfs of the documentation
have a wide blank border and a ratio aspect,
which is different of that of the tablet.
When viewing the pdfs with mudf, it (mupdf)
