As this is a radiant error there is nothing in the logs that can help.

vendor/plugins directory.

I was unable to find any documentation over google how I could install
and use rails plugin with my radiant extension. In radiant's /script
directory there's no 'plugin' executable to launch install command and
that's where my ideas how to do that end.
