both of these were problems in the 2.13 distribution. You should upgrade to
2.13.1.

take a look at goodies/sql.cfg
For mysql, change these line so:
DBSource dbi:mysql:databasename
DBUsername username
DBAuth password

RADIUS runs over UDP. Surely this is a problem with RADIUS not Radiator.
