Is Radiator compatible with MySQL 4.X? I would like to upgrade my SQL
server but Radiator is the main reason it exists.

When adding a new radius client do you need to restart radiator? I
added a client through Radmin and I can see it in the MySQL but
radiator says it's an unknow client.
