For anyone not following the bug-report. It seems that the bug is already fixed in version 7.5 of squeezeboxserver (you'll find it here http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=7.5). If you install it, the radio will soon install firmware 8661 (or higher). I don't know what other funny stuff
