The presets missing issue sounds like an SBS issue and may depend on how the upgrade was done. The "Rights" messages also occurs for me on BBC iPlayer on PC so it is a BBC issue - possibly there is a segment about sport on the program which BBC cannot rebroadcast outside the UK or just simply a B

Well I have changed the link to mms://wmlive-acl.bbc.co.uk/wms/bbc_ami/radio2/radio2_bb_live_eq1_sl0#slim:noscan=1 Which works fine - besides which it is the Chris Evans Breakfast show...so i do think its a BBC fault as they don't normally have restrictios. -- Quoling ---

Since the URL works - then it means you are in the UK and you are using mysb.com. The "rights" restrictions message happen often for sport broadcasts and live music for non UK users or UK users using mysb.com (as the servers are based in Germany). For UK users the solution is to use an audio URL

I'm only using 7.5.1 SBS but have found over the last couple of days that one of the BBC streams through the iPlayer app (BBC Berkshire) causes my Radio to reboot. It doesn't occur at a specific time, sometimes 5 mins, other over an hour. The stream stops first, then the network icon goes red and

The BBC iPlayer app is not developed by Logitech but by a 3rd party so you have to provide more info to see if the problem can be reproduced and so solved. Are you in the UK ? Is the radio connected to mysb.com or your own local SBS server ? Assuming you are using the Applet (i.e. BBC Radio under

Two other ideas based on experiences from 'this very old thread' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=22096). 1) check to make sure the Radio's MAC address (as reported on SBS > Settings > Information) matches the address on the sticker on the Radio. 2) try a factory reset of the Radio
