Are you running a local SBS server on your computer? Or are you only
connecting your Radio to MySB.com online (no computer)?
If using SBS server on your computer then Save to Favorites will save
them to the SBS Favorites, not MySB Favorites, and will not be seen on
MySB web UI.

Would someone who has received the Logitech battery pack please measure
the voltage on the two battery tap pins relative to the ground pin, on
a charged battery pack?
